Tuberculosis
Tuberculosis remains a leading infectious killer, with 8.3 million new cases and ~1.23 million deaths in 2024. Drug-resistant strains are rising, and current treatments are lengthy, costly, and often inaccessible. Lgenia is committed to developing faster, safer, and more affordable solutions for all patients.
Malaria
Malaria caused 282 million cases and 610,000 deaths worldwide in 2024. Rapid resistance to current drugs and lack of safe treatments for vulnerable populations demand new approaches. Lgenia is pioneering next-generation medicines and prevention strategies.
Alzheimer’s Disease
Alzheimer’s affects over 55 million people globally, robbing individuals of memory, independence, and quality of life. With no effective treatments available, Lgenia is dedicated to discovering therapies that restore hope for patients and families.

Women's health encompasses reproductive health, maternal care, and conditions that disproportionately affect women globally. Lgenia focuses on improving access and treatments for maternal safety, reproductive health, and long-term outcomes for women and girls.
